Draft Constitution for the United Era World Forum
Preamble We, the members of the United Earth World Foundation (UEWF), establish this Constitution to promote civic engagement, human development, education, cooperation, and the advancement of peaceful, ethical, and informed global society.
Article I - Name and Identity
The organization shall be known as the United Era World Forum (UEWF).
UEWF is a voluntary, non-governmental, non-profit civic organization.
It operates independently of any political party, government, or religious institution.
Article II - Purpose and Mission
Promote civic education and public awareness of governance and societal systems.
Encourage peaceful civic participation and responsible leadership.
Support research, discussion, and dissemination of ideas related to governance, society, and global cooperation.
Foster transparency, accountability, and ethical decision-making in public life.
Build platforms for dialogue among citizens, experts, and institutions.
Article III - Core Principles
The UEWF is guided by the following principles:
Human Dignity - Every person has inherent worth.
Transparency - Decisions and operations should be open and accountable.
Neutrality - The organization does not endorse political parties.
Freedom of Thought - Members may express diverse viewpoints respectfully.
Peaceful Engagement - All activities must remain non-violent and lawful.
Merit and Contribution - Leadership and roles are based on service and competence.
Article IV - Membership
Membership is open to all individuals who support the mission of UEWF.
Members must agree to uphold the principles of this Constitution.
Membership may be voluntary and non-binding unless formal roles are assigned.
Members may participate in discussions, committees, and initiatives.
Article V - Structure and Leadership
UEWF shall be governed by a Council of Directors (or equivalent leadership body).
The Council shall include:
Chairman
Vice Chairman
Secretary
Treasurer if necessary
Additional committees may be created for specific functions (education, outreach, research, etc.).
Leaders serve until they either die or resign.
The
Article VI - Decision Making
Decisions shall be made through majority vote of leadership or designated committees.
Major constitutional changes require supermajority approval (e.g., 2/3 vote).
Members may submit proposals for consideration.
Transparency in decision-making shall be maintained through records and public summaries when appropriate.
The Chairman has the ability to carry out daily operation.
Article VII - Activities
Educational programs and publications
Online platforms, forums, and civic discussions
Research initiatives and policy analysis
Community outreach and engagement programs
Events, conferences, and workshops
Partnerships with aligned organizations
Article IX - Amendments
This Constitution may be amended by a 2/3 majority of the governing body.
Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing prior to voting.
All amendments must align with the core mission and principles.
Article X - Dissolution
UEWF may be dissolved by a supermajority vote.
In the event of dissolution, remaining assets (if any) shall be transferred to a similar nonprofit or civic organization aligned with UEWF’s mission.
